To continue learning how to better manage classrooms, create pointers and improvements that you have made, teacher training and innovation.
You learn as much about yourself as you do, so be prepared to change your mind when you finish the course.
Set aside some time each day to meditate quietly, and to take care of yourself: get enough sleep, hot tea, Epsom salt bath, and fun (not yoga) to keep you warm like running, concerts, or time in nature.
All of these factors contribute to the smooth transition you need to take yoga in your cells.
