Our Romantic Getaway on the Esterel Resort

We are not good judges when it comes to food: we are not good cooks. But we have traveled around the world and eaten at many amazing restaurants. Honestly, the best gastronomic experience we had at Bistro-Champlain, which is one of the three restaurants of Esterel Resort.

We had the opportunity to enjoy a menu of 6 meals, including food and wine. If you are an epicurean, you should have this part of gastronomy. The spice, the aroma, the texture, or the natural look are just right. The best we have ever been, is possible!

Another high-profile event we encountered was a wine cellar in Bistro-Champlain, which is a real treasure in Canada. The room has about 20,000 bottles and over 2775 references! François, a sommelier, is a lover and has some very interesting stories to tell! The walk and the wine tasting in the basement was one of the best things about our weekend. We had a special moment of love, tasting the best wine on the ship!

Rok is a fun and unique restaurant! He gave us our meat for dinner or fish or half-cooked, and we ended up cooking on a 1000 oC black rock. My big boat called scallops and shrimps was licking!

Finally, Chais58 Restaurant offers dishes to share, made with fresh ingredients, as well as food and beer. Love!
