Yesterday, the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) announced that their “No-Sail Order” – which came into effect on March 14 and has been expanded several times – is being upgraded. This means that cruises, including the Disney Cruise Line, could resume soon.

It is important to note that travel routes cannot resume immediately. There are, as expected, a number of health and safety measures that should be put in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 virus. In a nutshell shared with the Disney Cruise Line Blog, details of the starting point are included with the CDC management system:
This rule should apply until the beginning of:
- Completion of the Secretary of Health and Human Services declaration that COVID-19 is a public health problem,
- The Director of the CDC revokes or changes this rule on the basis of the health of others or otherwise, or
- November 1, 2021.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which is part of the US department of Health and Human Services (HHS), has announced the law to gradually introduce maritime patrols. Given the increasing prevalence of COVID-19 worldwide and the increasing risk of COVID-19 shipping, a cautious approach is needed to resume transportation. The CDC is putting in place measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 to passengers and crew, prevent the spread of COVID-19 from passenger ships to the US, and protect public health and safety. Following the termination of the CDC’s No Sail Order (NSO) on October 31, 2020, the CDC will take on the role of re-establishing maritime navigators in the US waters.
The first stages should have testing and additional staff protection. The CDC will ensure that sailors have adequate safety and security for the crew while the sailors find a place for future pilot testing. The next phase will include pilot pilots’ efforts to reduce the risk of COVID-19, shipping that meets certain requirements, and a temporary return to sea routes in ways that reduce the risk of COVID-19 among passengers, crew members, and communities. US.
Disney Cruise Line has already agreed to a CLIA program that will seek to test 100% coronavirus for all riders and crew members boarding DCL ships – Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Magic, and Disney Wonder.

All of this raises the question, when the Disney Cruise Line obtains a pilot’s license and is permitted to retrieve the sea, where will it go? Our Answer – Disney’s Private Island Castaway Cay. That is why:
The Bahamas offers fewer borders than other countries.
According to a recent Fox News report, the Bahamas – which previously allowed U.S. travelers to cross their borders – is also lifting restrictions starting tomorrow November 1:
Bahamian authorities have recently lifted the ban on tourists for 14 days if they can prove they have a coronavirus infection amid a global epidemic.
As of November 1, visitors and returnees will not be required to be separated for two weeks once they are able to provide PCR test evidence within a week, the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Aviation has announced.

The report went on to say:
“We are making changes to our travels and testing tests to give guests a better and more stable vacation,” Minister of Tourism Dionisio D’Aguilar told Travel + Leisure on the change in legislation. “We want everyone to enjoy the Bahamas fully and peacefully. These new methods will allow us to monitor and support the spread of the virus, while our visitors can continue to have a legitimate Bahamian experience that they know and love.
All in all, Castaway Cay – one of the seven islands mentioned primarily on the Bahamas’ website “Cruise Passenger” – should make it easier for Disney Cruise Line ships to return than most European ports, for example.
Europe, in particular, is currently struggling with significant developments in coronavirus cases and other countries – including France, where Disneyland Paris is located – have introduced new blockchain and other restrictions.
It would require the DCL to obtain a boat pilot certificate.
Before the CDC introduced a new route for road travel, it asked travelers to know the rules and regulations that would help them stay safe when they return.
One of the things the visitors mentioned in particular was that they wanted to see, “reducing the number of beach beaches on private islands.”

Although the CDC has not explicitly stated that compliance with passenger requirements could result in cruises for valid passports, it seems that the decline in private island travel will end, with the first few return days, adding to the CDC’s difficulty in approving any route –

Castaway Cay is a good “test site”.
Since Walt Disney Company owns Disney’s Castaway Cay, it has the power to regulate the health and safety systems adopted on the island. This makes a good port to use as a “test” in which different methods can work.
Although Disney Cruise Line, has already passed the appropriate CDC for traffic and other safety measures, the initial blocking of Castaway Cay is a good way to ensure that COVID-19 does not spread to bars, restaurants, and shopping malls in the port towns where Disney cannot control anything that Strangers do.

In addition, sections of Disney’s Castaway Cay have already been set up for socializing. The hives on the side and have a secret beach are ideal for different travel parties.
While Disney finds land – or the sea, in this case – as it deals with new “unusual” holiday vacations, Castaway Cay is a good place to start.
