At Soneva Fushi resort within the Maldives, ‘world’s largest’ overwater villas open
The mall opened what is said to be the largest mansion in the world with two bedrooms on September 25th.
How big is the actual size? One-bedroom apartment 6,286 feet long and two bedrooms at 9,224. Although there are aqueducts out there with tall sculptures, these are the largest dormitories – two dormitories.
There are eight suites, called Water Rooms, available for storage.
Since just breaking the labels wasn’t enough, the eight dormitories also have glass floors – all of which are perfect for viewing salt and fish nearby without a boat ride – outdoor swimming pools, wooden terraces with sunscreens, pools (if the sea is not big enough for you), movable roofs looking at stars from the bed and waves of water.
The skyline shows the pool of the house and the floodwaters.
Like many refugees in the Maldives, Soneva Fushi is on an isolated island – in this case, Kunfunadhoo Island.
This is good news for people who want to travel here – the Maldives are open to visitors from any country, as long as they stay on the same island for the duration of their stay.
Considering that the area has several restaurants (including, yes please, a chocolate room), a children’s club, tennis courts, theater, a swimming pool or even a glass break, there are many things that can keep you busy without any hassle.
Since the exterior is attractive and beautiful, the house is bright with neutral chairs and curtains.
And somehow that is not all.
Soneva Fushi is also home to Cinema Paradiso, the largest film outside the Indian Ocean. The isolation did not look so beautiful.
